Customer Service Policy
We work hard to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases
from the Better Renovations. If our products do not meet or exceed the descriptions
on our website, please contact us immediately. We want to provide the same personalized
service on the web as we do in our store.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check, Debit or Cash for all purchases.
You may request to use the secure services of PayPal for any order purchase. Our
website is linked directly to Pay Pal for on-line purchasing.
We generally ship orders via consolidated containers but on occasion depending on
the product, its size, weight or depending on the urgency by Parcel Post or Courier.
Please request any alternate arrangements in the comments section of your order.
We will inform you of any additional shipping costs by return email. All pricing
on our website is inclusive or shipping, duty and brokerage.
Better Renovations will not be held liable for delayed orders for reasons beyond
our control, examples of delays can be but are not limited to weather, transportation,
material back orders, discontinued items etc.
Order tracking is available to all customers via our order tracking system. Simply
log-in to your account and select the “Order Tracking” link in your profiles.
Please note offer a delivery service available through Bermuda Forwarders. This
includes placement of the goods in the home for interior products or outside the
home for exterior products.
Products are left in the original carton or wrapping and Better Renovations reserves
the right to deliver opened or packaged product at its own discretion.
Ready to assemble products are delivered in the carton. We do not assemble products
unless prior arrangements have been made or you have selected our assembled price.
Warranties
All Better Renovations products are warranted to be free from defects in materials
or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. You will note some products
including Kitchen Cabinets, Windows, and Doors etc. carry longer warranties. (This
is noted in the warranty section of the product page) Within this period, Better
Renovations will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail
in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer
for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation
cost. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized
alterations or repairs.
In no event shall Better Renovations be liable for any incidental, special, indirect
or consequential damages, whether resulting from use, misuse or inability to use
the product or from defects in the product.
One Simple Step
Call ( 238-0198 ) or e-mail Better Renovations at
info@betterrenovations.com and describe the problem you are experiencing
and request warranty service. You will need to provide your full name, telephone
number, date of purchase and invoice number.
Once and order is accepted and processed it cannot be cancelled. There is no refund
on shipping charges.
We assume that all customers making on-line or mail order purchases have read and
