Shipping & Delivery Information

Shipping and Delivery Instructions
  1. Better Renovations will be held liable for delayed orders for reasons beyond our control, examples of delays can be but are not limited to weather, transportation, material or product back orders or discontinued items.
  2. Price on invoice include the cost of goods only and do not include shipping , duty and other fees related to shipping.
  3. All goods must be paid in full prior to order placement with the supplier. All costs related to shipping will be invoice separately at time of arrival in Bermuda.
  4. All shipping related costs must be paid upon notice of invoice and paid prior to delivery or pick up.
  5. Orders must be picked up or delivered within 3 days of invoice notice otherwise a fee equal to $2.00 per square foot per day will be charged and must be paid prior to pick up or delivery.
  6. Good not picked up or delivered within 30 days will be sold to defray cost and without refund.
  7. Orders cannot be cancelled once order has been placed with the supplier.
  8. Shortages or hidden damages etc. must be notified within 3 days of delivery or pick up and must be dealt with by the shipping company as all goods are insured.
